Organization of the Course [Lecture & PDF]

This is a five-week course. We encourage you to take the course when you have the time to be able to focus on yourself, as much as realistically possible, for five weeks.

Please pace yourself and do not skip ahead to future weeks. You cannot go too slow but you can go too fast. Allow yourself to take as much time as necessary before moving to the next week. This is not a race.
